i have just sooooo not felt the urge to update you on the business, or biz-nass as it is sometimes referred.
we're in the process of re-financing our house and it is murdering me. we got a 30 year fixed when we bought the house back in '07, but since the rates have seriously dropped, it makes sense to look into it and get a lower fixed rate while the gettin' is good. although, had i known that refinancing was essentially the same as buying, with just a few less pieces of paperwork, i might have never started this damnable journey. the faxing, the copying, the scanning, the ink OHDEARGOD the signing!! i know that it will work out really well for us in the end, but the pre-work is seriously a beating.
and can i just say that there is no sweeter sound than that of your husband cleaning? it's magic.
