i am going to stop trying to add to our little pet family, as i have decided that the world was made for a family of four. i'm sure i'll change my mind the next time those demons at the spca open up an adoption stand at the galleria.
in other news: yes i'm incredibly thankful that i have a job in such an uneasy time. but i could really do without the phonecalls from those who got laid off telling me how much more awesome their lives are now that they have no responsibility and a paycheck.
i hope they all get super fat and ruin their credit.
in other other news for my wii brothers and sisters: did you know that on the wii shop channel you can buy old school games and download them straight to your system? i've been playing donkey kong country games, which came out for the snes in the mid-90s for the last three days. you have to get a classic controller in some instances, but if you've got an old favorite, it's only about ten bucks to download!
i've got no plans for the weekend, so i plan on beating dk bosses and eating twizzlers. a pirate's life for me.
