another lovely weekend. my forever long pursuit of the most fabulous front yard in the city is in full effect. i got a gardenia bush, some begonias and more violas to plant along the edge. scott also went and got me some miracle-gro liquafeed (little lamb!) and i doused everything saturday morning.
of course that was probably all for naught as the weather gods are furiuos with us, and want everyone to keep sniffling for another 6 months. unbelievable that it could be damn near 80 friday, and then 45 today. you are cruel, mother nature, but wise. i guess. if my gardenia bush dies i'm going to light a whole stack of tires on fire just to smite you.
2 weeks and 4 days until we will be enjoying the home of rice-a-roni.
